Alaska  August 2009

Princess Cruise's 12 Day Cruise and Land Tour to Alaska. Seven days on Ship and five on land. We had looked at this cruise for many years but the price tag was always to much. This year not only did the prices plummet but my parents mentioned they had always wanted to go so it seemed like the perfect time.

The weather in Alaska is extremely variable and we saw most of it. We had some rain and we had some sun, had days were we wore coats and others were we wore short selves. In the south we like to think we have weather that changes rapidly, but Alaskan weather is the real deal.

The ship is by far the most impressive we have ever traveled on. Richly decorated from top to bottom, spotlessly clean, and has tons of features that show great attention to detail.

I could recommend this trip to just about anyone.
